Jacking & Weighing
Based on our inventory of specialised field weighing equipment, we are consistently able to provide better than 0.5% of full-scale deflection results together with a calculated centre of gravity if it’s required.
From weighing in excess of 100,000 cumulative Tonnes of Stackers, Reclaimers, Shiploaders, Dump Trucks and the like at numerous mine site and port locations Australia wide as well as weighing of minerals material handling equipment in the Perth metropolitan area.
For the Mining & Resource industry to our support for the ship-building and luxury yacht industry has seen us weigh in excess of 40 commercial vessels, luxury/mega yachts and large powered catamarans at various locations in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales, this and many other jobs have earnt us an incredible reputation.
Skidding
With our inventory of skid shoes in conjunction with our hydraulic and skid beam inventory, we have relocated structures and equipment in a large variety of sectors.
Offshore jacking or skidding is typically carried out using one of our intrinsically safe electro-hydraulic power packs.
We have also skidded Jackets and Decks into barges using strand jacking systems - the largest being 12,000 Tonnes in Malaysia.
Loadout
We have completed the Loadout for various Oil & Gas structures.
Our scope has typically included engineering, ballast calculations, transportation analysis and procedures etc.
Our heaviest single module wheeled Loadout to date was 2,400 Tonnes in the Port of Geraldton.
Barge Ballasting
As a part of the Loadout operation, we carry out the moment trim and tidal ballasting of transportation barges.
The ballast spread typically incorporates a contingency of 200% of the tidal ballast requirement.

Proof Load Testing
We are also able to Proof-Load-Test existing pad-eyes and monorails between the range of 2.5 to 200 Tonne with a range of tension and compression Load Cells and hydraulic equipment.
This typically involves the design and fabrication of temporary steelwork, which we can provide.
